Come and join us for a day of festival fun in the Lincolnshire countryside, bikes, live music 🎵, good value, good beer, good food, good company - what more could you want?

Before telling you about the Backwoods Barn Jam 2023, a big thank you from the organisers to all of you who came and supported us last year - and of course the bands, sound crew and everyone else who helped put on a great event.

This year we are proudly supporting the charity Care After Combat who will be with us throughout the event.

Bands will be performing over two stages - the main stage in the field, and our Backwoods stage in the woods. A selection of quality real ales and west country ciders, excellent food vendors, interesting stalls, fundraising events, and a Best in Show Bike Competition. Friday and Saturday night camping is included in the ticket price.

Loads of parking space. Live-in Vehicles no extra charge. Families welcome. Well behaved pooches welcome (to be kept on lead at all times please).

The Backwoods Bar will be open Friday evening and all day Saturday, selling good quality ales and ciders, and tinned lagers (for £3.50 a pint). We do not stock spirits, so if you want to drink something else that's up to you - but no glass on site please.

Gate opens at 09.00 Friday 14th July if you want to arrive and pitch your tent early and chill out. Live music on Friday will be evening only and on the Backwoods Stage. Music on Saturday will be from noon until 23.00 with the bar closing at midnight. Free overnight camping on site and feel free to stay for a chat and a chill on Sunday morning. Breakfasts will be available on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The event closes at noon on Sunday.

Austin T - our friendly local Texas style blues band are back to give you more driving R+B.
The Black Skies - up and coming soul influenced rockers from York (on tour supporting Hellbound Glory).
Concrete Badgers - psychedelic prog rock outfit here to wow you, all the way from Woodhall Spa.
Deadman's Boots - more Lincoln based R+B from this cracking duo.
Ferrocene - back by popular demand, Lincoln rockers Ferrocene will be giving it what for.
Gorilla Fiction - new band so give 'em a great BBJ welcome.
Hellbound Glory - polished Americana/roots/rock all the way from Nevada, USA - start their UK tour at BBJ!
Howlin' Mat - the nomadic, hardest working bluesman in the UK, is back to play and make you laugh!
Kaylyde - prepare for a belting metal set from female fronted Lincoln band.
Rakestone - some traditional and contemporary English folk music to get you moving.
Spike - special guest Spike (of the Quireboys), joined by guitarist Chris Heilmann (of Crippled Black Phoenix), will be doing a great set for us and raising awareness for Care After Combat.
UK Hedz - Care After Combat's own rock covers band will be pumping some classic rockers out.
Will Gosling - ace local blues singer/songwriter/guitarist, the 'guitar man for hire' will be crankin' it up.
Zeph - fantastic Lincolnshire busker/singer/songwriter and slide guitarist - not to be missed.
