For the first time, the Tallinn Digital Summit offers a limited number of seats to highly motivated future decision-makers – university students interested in the Summit’s topics.
To apply for the Future Delegate pass, please describe your motivation in detail and agree to the terms. After confirmation, you must commit to attending at the venue and contributing to the full programme for two days (5-6 November, 2026), asking questions and sharing your feedback with the organizer.
