The acclaimed chamber choir Rhodes College Singers from the United States will perform at Tallinn Dome Church as part of their Baltic tour. The choir is the premier choral ensemble of Rhodes College and performs a wide range of choral repertoire spanning different musical styles and historical periods. The ensemble is conducted by Dr. D. Jason Bishop.
Founded in the 1930s, the choir has a long and distinguished history and has performed in many renowned concert halls and festivals, including Carnegie Hall in New York, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., and international choral festivals across Europe. In 2026, the ensemble will embark on its first-ever tour of the Baltic States.
The programme features a selection of contemporary and traditional choral music, including works by Pärt Uusberg, Ēriks Ešenvalds, Dan Forrest, and Jake Runestad. Spirituals and folk-inspired arrangements will also be performed.
