The longest dinner in Tartu on the banks of the Emajõgi is returning!

For the past two summers, we have hosted TOKO’s Longest Dinner in August - beautiful summer evenings filled with wonderful guests. Some familiar faces, others completely new. All gathered together by the Emajõgi at TOKO, seated at one long table.

Last year, nearly 250 guests joined us at a table stretching 84 meters along the riverfront. Wow!

This year, we once again invite you to be part of a memorable four-course sharing dinner, served at one long table on the promenade in front of TOKO restaurant.

RYE BREAD AND BBQ PORK BELLY
sea salt butter, peanut mustard

STARTERS

FRESH LIGHTLY SALTED CUCUMBER “AQUARIUM”

ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
peanut glaze, truffle cheese, Pancetta, Hollandaise sauce

SALTED SALMON PLATTER “PUNAKALA”
sour cream, wakame salad, chopped onion with dill

BURRATA AND PESTO
tomato confit, basil

MAIN COURSES

HOT-SMOKED TROUT
new potatoes with dill, tartar sauce

CAESAR SALAD
cherry tomato, parmesan, croutons

DESSERT

BRÛLÉE CHEESECAKE
fresh sour cherries, raspberry coulis

Water will be served in carafes on the table, and additional drinks can be purchased from the bar.

The dinner will take place on August 5, 2026.
Guests are welcome from 18:30.
Dinner service begins at 19:00.
