Inner Mythology workshop by Melanie Demers

This workshop offers a chance for performers to dive deep into Mélanie Demers’ distinct artistic world and invites you to explore how your own "inner mythology" shapes the way you move and perform. In a space where your unique personality, style, and energy will collide and connect with those of your fellow dancers, the workshop focuses on how your physical choices generate meaning and carry a powerful voice of their own.

The Body as an Event workshop by Jenni-Elina von Bagh

Jenni-Elina von Bagh's workshop invites participants into the artistic practices behind her most recent work, Writing of Disaster, and explores the body as an event: an open, ever-changing space of potential and possibility. The workshop is intended for performing arts professionals, offering them a space to pause, experiment, and discover new ways of working, while embracing the strange, wonderful and ever-changing universes of our embodied selves.
