Tallinn International Youth Orchestra - Winter Concert

The Tallinn International Youth Orchestra (TIYO) is the orchestra for young musicians who want to play in a professional environment. The idea of the orchestra is to make artistic and educational projects.

The repertoire that we will offer in our Winter Concert is a travel through history and very delicate contrasts. First, we will travel from the warm and southern Spain with its own characteristic and festives Pasodobles, to the cold and magical Norway of Edvard Grieg showing the wonderful story of this popular character, Peer Gynt. To end this passionate concert, we will delve into the emotional depth of Franz Schubert in his “unfinished” symphony, that is full of action and the deepest feelings of the human being, with which we have all felt related at some point.
