EVENT DESCRIPTION

🌟 Join us for the grand finale of the Welcome Weeks at the Erasmus student picnic – an epic gathering to kick off what promises to be an unforgettable semester!

🍔 Savor a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet with a variety of meat, vegetarian, and vegan options, paired with unlimited beer, white wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to keep the good vibes flowing. It’s the perfect chance to fuel up, meet new friends, and start the semester in style!

🏞️ Set in the heart of Ljubljana, the picnic starts at 14:00 and features six hours of fun, laughter, and exciting activities. From lively sports competitions to dancing with others, you’ll have plenty of ways to connect with fellow Erasmus students and create lasting memories.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

The organisation of the Erasmus student picnic and all of the food and drinks that you will consume during the whole picnic.

HOW DO YOU SUCCESSFULLY APPLY

You can receive additional information about alternative ways to settle the costs of the event application fee if you write to our events email address [email protected] or just check the available options below. 📬

You can settle the cost of the event the following ways:

3) Bank transfer
For bank details please write to our email address [email protected]. Your proof of payment needs to be sent to the same email address.

PRICE

REGULAR TICKETS: 15,50 EUR are available until Wednesday, the 9th of October 2024 until 23:59

LATE BIRD TICKETS: 20,50 EUR are available from the 10th of October

The additional Fienta transaction fee of 0,50 EUR is already included in the price.
