In light of the short history of the blockchain, Hikaru’s in-depth knowledge of the industry is invaluable. He founded Estonia-based blockhive to apply his knowledge on a wider scale. Hikaru is an advisor of the Review Committee of the Estonian government.

Piotr Grzywacz
Tokyo based entrepreneur and leadership development expert. Founder and CEO of Pronoia Group, a future design consultancy focusing on accelerating innovation and high performance. Piotr held several senior global and regional positions at Google and Morgan Stanley, where he advised executives on how to build their teams, and drive high performance in their organizations.
