Nordic style brunch: smørrebrød

An event filled with the cosiness of Danish hygge, delicious smells, history, northern restraint and warm emotions.

The Nordic Council of Ministers, the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Estonia in Denmark and Valge Kõrvits invite guests and citizens of Narva to join a brunch where they can try a traditional Danish dish - smørrebrød, prepared by a Danish chef, Kim Hemmingsen.

Kim Hemmingsen is a chef with 25 years of experience who began his professional career at the Nykøbing Falster Hotel. Then, he worked as a chef in several restaurants in Copenhagen. He polished his skills in establishments where 95% of the menu was either organic or biodynamic. Nowadays, Kim has his own restaurant and catering.
During the event, we will taste, talk about the culture and traditions of Denmark and share warm emotions.

The price includes two smørrebrøds, a drink, an introduction to Danish culture and a short programme.
