The course is designed for international students and anyone who would like to communicate more confidently in everyday situations while living in Slovenia. With the guidance of an experienced instructor, you will learn essential vocabulary, pronunciation and basic grammar through clear explanations, practical examples and interactive exercises.
During the course, you will learn how to:
introduce yourself and meet new people,
use common phrases in everyday situations,
understand basic Slovenian pronunciation,
build simple sentences,
communicate in shops, cafés, restaurants and other practical settings,
gain a better understanding of Slovenian language and culture.
Slovenian is known for its distinctive dual grammatical form and rich linguistic tradition, but you do not need any previous knowledge to join. The course begins with the basics and progresses at a pace suitable for beginners.
All sessions take place online via Zoom, allowing you to participate from wherever you are.

SCHEDULE AND INFORMATION
The course will take place online via Zoom. You will receive all necessary information, including the Zoom meeting details, on the day of the first session. Any course materials provided by the language school will be sent to you in advance.
1st session: 31 August 2026 at 18:00 CEST
2nd session: 1 September 2026 at 18:00 CEST
3rd session: 2 September 2026 at 18:00 CEST
4th session: 3 September 2026 at 18:00 CEST
THE PRICE INCLUDES
The price includes participation in the full course of 10 academic hours, with each academic hour lasting 45 minutes and any course materials provided in advance.
