All genders are welcome in this workshop
Sexual health is deeply woven into the way we live. It influences how we regulate stress, relate to others, experience confidence, set boundaries and feel at home in our bodies. Yet for many of us, sexuality has been shaped by silence, shame, unrealistic expectations and cultural norms that disconnect us from our own needs and desires.
This interactive two-hour workshop explores sexual health through a bio-psycho-social lens, examining how biological processes, psychological narratives and social conditioning intersect in our sexual lives.
Together, we will explore:
How our sexual health influences our physical, psychological and social wellbeing
How societal norms shape our relationship to sexuality
How shame limits authenticity and embodied self-expression
Sexual health as an ongoing, evolving journey rather than a static condition
This is a structured, reflective space combining professional insight with guided exercises and optional sharing. You will be invited to examine your own sexual narrative, question internalized norms and consider how greater integration of your sexual health may positively influence the rest of your life.
The workshop is held in a respectful, inclusive environment where all identities, orientations, and relationship structures are welcome. Sharing is always voluntary and clear boundaries are maintained throughout.
Hopefully you will leave with:
A broader understanding of sexual health as part of whole-person wellbeing
Insight into how cultural norms may have shaped your relationship to sexuality
Greater awareness of how shame operates, and how agency can grow
