Join us for a nourishing morning of movement, rest and connection in the beautiful surroundings of Sennen Churchtown Hall.

As summer reaches its fullest expression, this is an invitation to slow down, soften, and take a few hours just for yourself. Together we'll move, breathe, rest and share good food in a warm, welcoming space by the sea.

Your morning begins with a gentle Hatha Flow Yoga practice, led by Sappho Janmaat (Mor Yoga). Suitable for all levels, the class weaves together mindful movement and breath to help you arrive in your body and settle into the present moment.

After a seasonal snack and cup of tea, you'll be invited to lie back and simply receive during an immersive Sound Bath with Kia Lucas. Surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong and other carefully chosen instruments, you'll be guided into a deeply restful state where your body and mind can soften, unwind and restore.

We'll then come together over a delicious, nourishing lunch—a chance to connect, reflect and gently ease back into the rest of your weekend.

Whether you're coming alone or with a friend, we hope you'll leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded than when you arrived.
