Many Estonian artists and music companies still lack international partners to help them organize successful tours outside of Estonia. As a result, international tours are quite rare. However, how can one plan and execute an international tour independently? Where to start, how to create a budget, whom to contact, and what to consider in general?

In this seminar, we will delve into the topic of music synchronization in advertising, television, and film, exploring the process, roles, and opportunities for music industry professionals, artists, and composers, as well as how to get your music into these mediums.
We will provide an overview of how music is selected, licensed, and integrated into advertising, television, and film. We will discuss the factors that influence music selection and how it impacts the overall message and emotion of the story.
One crucial role in the music synchronization process is the music supervisor, who's role we will examine in more detail. We will explain the responsibilities and areas of expertise of a music supervisor and how they help to find the right music for specific projects. We will explore how music supervisors collaborate with creatives across music, advertising, television, and film to create those memorable stories and soundscapes.
The seminar will also highlight the opportunities available to music industry professionals in this field. We will explore how music companies can create opportunities for their artists and songwriters to have their music synchronized in advertising, television, and film, as well as look at successful strategies in this industry.
Furthermore, we will discuss the future of music synchronization, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in this field. We will examine how AI may impact music selection and synchronization and discuss its effects on the industry.
Whether you are a music professional, artist, or composer, this seminar will provide valuable insights into getting your music into these mediums and navigating the evolving landscape of music synchronization.

The seminar will take place at Music Estonia HUB in Telliskivi Creative City (participation via the web is possible as an exception) and will be conducted in English.
