S2S Sauna and Cold Plunge

Overview: On Thursday, March 12th, we'll be heading to Saunos London (@saunos_ldn on Instagram) for a private sauna and cold dip. Saunos London is a floating sauna on a converted boat near Angel, North London, and we'll have the whole boat to ourselves!
Time: 7:45pm meet for an 8pm start in the Sauna. We'll have the place until 9:15 (including changing time at the end), but the owner has said we can stay longer if no one books in after us.
Location: Packington Bridge, N1 7JL. Please meet outside the Caravel restaurant by the bridge. From here, we'll buzz in through the gate together and walk down to the boat.
What you need to bring: 1. Swimwear 2. A small towel to sit on in the sauna 3. Water bottle for hydration (tap to refill on site) 4. A large towel or robe for changing 5. Warm clothes to change into afterwards
