- It says the show is sold-out. Should I still come?
Due to high demand, our online tickets often sell out quickly. However, if you arrive at the venue right when we open, we may still have tickets available at the door.
Refunds & cancellations
- Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable
- Ticket Exchanges: Limited exchanges may be available for upcoming events, subject to availability
- Show Cancellation: In the event of a show cancellation, we will issue a full return to the source of payment
- Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late for the show, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket
- Conduct: Our audience's enjoyment and safety is our #1 priority. As such, we reserve the right to ask visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or hostile individuals to leave.
