Listening to Sound – Listening to Ourselves
Pianist Artūrs Cingujevs invites you on a unique musical journey, where piano music is experienced as a relaxing and healing encounter.
In the cozy cultural space Koka Rīga, with its special acoustics, listeners can unwind in comfortable lounge chairs and surrender to the sound of a 1910 Blüthner piano, tuned to 432 Hz. This frequency is considered natural and believed to have a positive effect on emotional and spiritual balance.
At Piano Therapy evenings, the program is not announced in advance, allowing the audience to experience pure sound resonance without preconceptions. The experience is enriched by visual representations of sound vibrations created by artist Anna Cingujeva on the piano lid, inspiring meditation and inner peace.
Artūrs Cingujevs:
“Piano Therapy is a way to reduce stress, find peace, and listen within. It is an opportunity to experience sound that resonates with the listener and helps disconnect from everyday worries.”
