Description:
During the initial part of meditation or relaxation, I instruct and help to pay attention to my body, create contact and create a mood for massage.
The massage part is a simple and effective practice for couples, where the soles of the feet and body weight are used. The technique is called Rakkenho, which improves blood and lymph circulation, cleanses the body of waste products and toxins, relieves physical, emotional and mental tension and stress, eliminates body stiffness and fatigue, increases sensitivity and caring loving communication, and the ability to listen and feel each other. Using the soles of the feet, acupressure points are slowly and sensitively pushed through the entire body. The main focus is on deep tissues and muscles, and to a lesser extent on joints. Tension and tight spots relax and the body's natural energy flow is restored. During this morning, both couples can experience the role of both giver and receiver.

At the end of the meeting we are still resting, we are together and we share our impressions.

If you can, please bring your yoga mat, blanket and water if desired.
