The International Trumpet Days. ADAN DELGADO ILLADA (trumpet, Spain) and RALF TAAL (piano, Estonia) / April 5th at 6 PM / Hopner´s House in Tallinn, Estonia

Adan Delgado Illada, the principal trumpet of the Spanish National Symphony Orchestra since 2010, is a frequent guest artist and professor of Estonian festivals and masterclasses. He returns to Estonia to perform with one of the leading Estonian pianists, Ralf Taal, offering the audience an exciting program of Spanish trumpet music.

Adan has formed lasting ties with Estonian music and musicians. He has played extensively and recorded with an Estonian pianist, Jaan Ots, and likes to add works by Estonian composers to his recital programs.

Also, at the International Trumpet Days 2024, he will include the piece for solo trumpet, "As if Dreaming," by an Estonian composer, Helena Tulve, whose music is characterized by constant change and continuous processes. Her music grows from simple primary impulses, influenced by natural patterns, organics, and synchronicity.
