We are truly sorry and sincerely apologize for this situation.

Ticket refunds will be available starting Wednesday, June 4th.
To request a refund, please:

• Go to your order (your tickets are attached to this email).
• Click on “View and manage your order.”
• Open the order and click “Refund tickets.”

Refund requests will be processed automatically — you don’t need to take any further action.

If your card has expired but you have a new card from the same bank, the refund will still be credited to your account automatically.
