Psychedelic experiences can give profound insights and important learnings. Sometimes the practical implications of the insights are clear, and sometimes they are not. If we do not integrate these insights properly, they will eventually fade.

On our first Psychedelic Integration gathering on February 3, we focused on integrating insights and learnings from psychedelic experiences more broadly. In this upcoming circle, we will focus specifically on challenging psychedelic experiences and how we can work with them through reflection and integration. You do not need to have participated in the first gathering in order to join this one.

In this group, we will work on integrating previous psychedelic experiences, to support your practical implication of the insights and learnings they may have brought. Participants will bring with them previous experiences that they want to work on. This is not a space for exploring new psychedelic experiences, but for making sense of journeys that have already happened.

We will first connect and have a group sharing, before you will be supported in working with your own experience to process it and learn from it. We will work with different types of somatic, creative and expressive exercises, before we close with a group sharing.

The group will have a maximum of 16 participants, to support confidentiality and trust in the group for connecting and sharing. The circle will last 3,5 hours.

While this gathering places particular attention on challenging experiences, both gentle and difficult journeys are welcome in the space. At the same time, we remember that this is a shared circle and not a clinical setting. This group is intended for reflection and integration, not for crisis support or trauma therapy. We ask everyone to share with care and awareness of how their words may land, so the space can remain supportive and respectful for all.
