Practical Consciousness Advanced Studies with Ingvar Villido

• Completion of Practical Consciousness I & II levels is a prerequisite for participating in advanced studies.
• Languages: webinars are conducted in Estonian with simultaneous English translation.

These webinars aim to support everyone who has completed the classes at any level (I-V) with a wider understanding of possibilities and depths of self-development, to open up further perspectives and backgrounds of the Practical Consciousness method; and to broaden the scope of techniques.

Ingvar has gained his knowledge through practical research, implementation, and teaching. Each webinar is a training session - a practical guide for the application of what has been learned in Practical Consciousness classes:
• To discover more about yourself and to lead your life more from the True Self;
• To reduce the influence of automatic reactions, i.e., disturbing emotions and thoughts;
• To learn how to see practical connections between the different parts of the method;
• To learn how to cross-use techniques from different courses.
