You will receive full recordings of the Practical Consciousness I & II live course (approximately 12 hours total).

The package also includes:

✔ Recorded follow-up day (approximately 3.5h)
✔ 3 additional recorded practice support sessions with Aigi (approximately 4.5h)

COURSE CONTENT

Class I: CLARITY

In this class, you learn practical ways to bring awareness into the present moment and better understand your inner experience.

You will learn and experience:

• practical use of awareness in everyday life
• quieting mental noise and inner chatter
• greater clarity, focus, and presence
• a calmer and more stable state of mind
• understanding the relationship between awareness, thoughts, emotions, and the self

Class II: EMOTIONS

This class teaches practical methods for understanding and releasing emotional tension.

You will learn and experience:

• how emotions are created and maintained
• practical techniques for emotional release
• reducing the influence of fear, anxiety, and emotional reactivity
• greater emotional balance and stability
• freedom from recurring emotional patterns

These are universal practical skills that can support you in many areas of life — including stress, relationships, emotional overwhelm, habits, and overthinking.

A practical and human-centered learning experience

Alongside the Practical Consciousness techniques themselves, Aigi also shares practical real-life examples connected to:

• emotional eating and recurring habits
