The new semester is just getting started and we’re kicking it off in the craziest way possible! 🎉 Join us at the Erasmus Pong & Party Kickoff – the first beer pong tournament of the semester 🍺🏆 and the perfect way to dive straight into the international student scene 🌍. Entry to the party is completely free for everyone ✅ and we’ll keep the vibe going all night with the cheapest drinks in Ljubljana 💸🍹, great music 🎶 and pure Erasmus energy 🔥.

Got beer pong skills? 😎 Grab a partner and sign up for the doubles-only tournament – spots are limited and need to be booked in advance for the beer pong ⚠️. Team check-in starts at 20:30, don't be late ⏰!
Everyone else? You can join us whenever you want, we’ll be there waiting for you 🙌.

BEER PONG TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Event venue: Kampus Food, Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana
Event schedule:
20:30 - Kampus Food opens its doors
20:30 - 20:55 - beer pong tournament participant check-in
21:00 - start of the beer pong tournament

Team application: Only one (1) team member needs to register for the tournament. The team consists of two (2) players, as it is a doubles competition. The registration fee includes both team members in the price.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

The beer pong registration fee covers both players in the team and all the beer needed for the entire tournament.

Entry to the party is completely free for everyone who is not competing in the tournament.

HOW DO YOU SUCCESSFULLY APPLY

For your application to be processed, you must first settle the tournament costs! You can find all the necessary information on how to do so by contacting us at our events email address [email protected] or by checking the available options below.
