Forest School Fun at Kilsture Forest (Free)

Thursday 11th July Afternoon session 13:00-15:00

Send your child on a quest to explore the woodlands in Kilsture Forest.
They will be able to learn about the ecology and biodiversity that exists within the woodlands.

Give your child an unforgettable summer experience with our Forest School session! Designed for children aged 5-12, our program offers a unique opportunity to explore, learn, and play in the great outdoors. Led by experienced educators Toni and Pauline, this session is packed with fun, hands-on activities that foster creativity, confidence, and a deep connection with nature.

What to Expect:

Nature Exploration: Discover the wonders of local wildlife, plants, and ecosystems.
Outdoor Skills: Learn essential skills like wood working and using natural materials.
Creative Play: Engage in imaginative games and nature crafts
Team Building: Participate in group challenges that promote teamwork and problem-solving.
Mindfulness: Enjoy calming activities that take place in a peacful woodland setting.

At this Summer Fun Session, all parents and guardians are encouraged to join in on the fun and are more than welcome to stay. Children can be left unaccompanied if required. Don't let your child miss out on this opportunity to explore and learn in the great outdoors!
