Starting on August 4th, the Pilates with Vicky Summer Sculpt and Stretch Challenge is a wonderful series of eight videos designed to boost your strength, mobility, and flexibility. You'll receive two new, high-quality sessions straight to your inbox every Monday and Thursday throughout August, all to enjoy from the comfort of your home.
Overall Goal:
The main aim of this challenge is to give you a balanced Pilates practice throughout August, which will build your strength and really improve your flexibility, leaving you feeling fantastic and well.
Why Join My Summer Sculpt & Stretch Challenge?
This challenge is all about helping you feel amazing this summer. Over the month, we'll explore a good mix of strengthening exercises, flowing mobility drills, and deeply relaxing stretches. You'll find yourself:
• Building a stronger, more toned body.
• Improving your movement and flexibility.
• Enhancing your posture and easing aches.
• Boosting your energy and overall well-being
• Enjoying Pilates on your own schedule.
How It Works:
The cost for the entire challenge is £15. From the 4th of August, you'll receive an email every Monday and Thursday morning with a link to a brand new video. The best part? The 8 videos will be yours to keep forever, so you can do them whenever suits you best that day, and even come back to them long after the challenge finishes!
The Classes:
Each class is between 20 and 30 minutes long, so they're easy to fit into your day. The videos will offer a good mix of enjoyable, varied, and effective classes, from energising to more restorative sessions, to achieve the perfect balance.
