Theme - The Pilates Principles: The art of intentional movement.
This is our third annual challenge, and this time, we are diving deep into the very heart of Pilates. This 9-day journey is dedicated to the Pilates Principles.
We'll be taking a closer look at the fundamental principles that underpin the Pilates method. Understanding these principles will not only enhance your Pilates practice but also deepen your connection to your body and its movement potential.
Challenge Details at a Glance:
What: 9 daily videos focusing on the 8 Pilates Principles
When: Friday, 2nd January to Saturday, 10th January 2026
Cost: £15 for the entire challenge
What to Expect:
Every day, we isolate and explore one of the essential Principles: Breathing, Alignment, Centring, Concentration, Precision, Control, Flow, and Stamina/Endurance.
On Day 9, we finish with a full, uplifting Integration Practice.
