Sunday Service Club morning Pilates 🤸‍♂️ at Kadriorg Palace 🏰 ( practice in EST)

We are doing it again ! You have asked and we listen- You really loved the castle ( how could we not, right?) and wished to go there again!

You are invited to a morning energising Pilates at Kadriorg Palace by amazing Kaisa Kattai followed by a breakfast in Michelin Guide restaurant Mon Repos.

You are invited to join ! 🤸‍♂️

What to expect:

✨ Sunday 19th July
✨ Approx. 1 hour energising pilates class complimented by stretches, led by Kaisa, in Estonian ( don't worry if you don't speak it we would still love you to join. Kaisa can give clues in ENG ). Class is suitable for both men and women and all levels.
✨ Followed by a breakfast at Michelin Guide restaurant Mon Repos to nourish our body
✨ Music will be contemporary and curated to suit the place 🎶
