Ingredients of a wonderful dinner are indeed rather simple - welcoming hosts, pure tastes, good wine pairing and great company. All of this awaits you on Saturday 8 Nov at Piesta Kuusikaru farm.
Chefs of this special evening, Tanel Lilleste and Revo Türk have created a delicious 6-course menu for you to enjoy:

Beetroot with goat cheese cream and a touch of black currant
Crispy Swiss chard with cream of pumpkin and sweet potatoe
Chicken liver with apple marmalade
Pike pearch fillet, orsotto, sweet and sour apple sauce
Be surprised by chocolate
What makes the experience at Piesta pop-up restaurant so special, is the opportunity to get up close and personal with the chefs.
Wines have been carefully chosen and the same applies to non-alcoholic drinks.
Capacity is limited by the small size of Piesta farm café - maximum of 24 guests will be attending this dinner.
Price of the dinner with non-alcoholic drinks is 69 eur per person,
with paired wines 85 eur per person.
