Fox Den’s historic wine cellar welcomes pianist, composer, arranger, and music educator Tarmo Sillaots. With over four decades of experience and nearly 2,200 performances across more than 20 countries, Sillaots brings a lifetime of artistry to the keys.
He has collaborated with some of Estonia’s most renowned voices and instrumentalists, including Tõnis Mägi, Kaire Vilgats, Ewert Sundja, and Siim Aimla. His music flows effortlessly between genres, shaped by a deep understanding of melody, rhythm, and improvisation.

The historic Fox Den is nestled in a luxurious 15th-century cellar and offers a rare selection of cigars, whiskies, and vintage wines. Entrance via Shang Shi restaurant.
