The One & Only Athens Festival
To celebrate the opening of the Swiss House of Culture, Research and Diplomacy and its cultural space, Flux Laboratory presents the One & Only Athens Festival, taking place from 1 to 11 October 2026.
Communication, poetry, the environment, archaeology and other fields will come together in a programme that embodies the mission of Flux Laboratory and its Stage: to serve as a permanent space for creation, research and experimentation at the intersection of culture, research and diplomacy.
Each theme will be explored through masterclasses, conversations and performances. Photographic exhibitions, artistic and sound installations, and film screenings will also take over the Swiss House, enriching this dialogue between disciplines.
The festival will also extend beyond the walls of the Swiss House, across outdoor settings.
As a partner of the festival, Radio Vostok will take up residence at the Swiss House throughout its eleven days. Its programme will include live broadcasts, interviews with artists and invited guests, as well as daily coverage of festival life.
