Nervous system Summit with Liquid Bloom

Sunday 5. July at 13:00 - 21:00

Viimsi Artium, Lubja

We live in a time where most people are not broken —
they are simply overwhelmed.

Too much information.
Too much speed.
Too little real rest.

And the body starts to speak.
Sometimes quietly. Sometimes very loudly.

Nervous System Summit is a day to step out of that noise —
and finally understand what is actually happening inside your body.

No complex theory.
No “just try harder” approach.

Instead, a practical, clear and human way of understanding
how your nervous system works — and how to support it in real life.

This is not an event where you just sit and listen.

It’s a day where you:
notice yourself
experience a deeper level of relaxation
and make small changes that actually matter

Speakers

Laura Põldvere
Improvisation as nervous system resilience training
How spontaneity and creativity help the body navigate uncertainty and pressure.

Alar Tamming
Behind the scenes of the nervous system
A simple and accessible look at how our nervous system really works — and why it sometimes works against us.

Elina Kadaja
Where stress is stored in the body — and how to release it
Why the body holds tension, why thinking alone is not enough, and how breathing can become a powerful tool for regulation.

Alex Cobos
Releasing physical tension
Simple and effective exercises to help the body let go of accumulated stress.

Evening Experience

Liquid Bloom
Regulation through music and movement

The day closes with a guided breathwork journey, followed by a live concert and movement experience —
not a performance to watch, but something to feel.

A space where your body can:
slow down
let go
and breathe again

This is not a day where you just leave with new ideas.

It’s a day where something actually shifts.

If your body has been trying to get your attention for a while,
this is a place to finally listen.
