Generational questions and youthful worldviews. Some seem evergreen, some specific to this day and age. Zeitgeist, a generation marked by the last letter of the alphabet. Films diving into what forms our ways of looking at the world.

Lapinlahti Film Festival's Nordic Frames program brings new short films from all over the Nordics to Helsinki.

Rather than life flashing before his eyes he is faced by his manifestation coach, Tammy, and the videos that inspired him to level up and transform.
