Only 20 spots available for this workshop
We are inviting you to an evening of feminine connection, through tantric practices, dance, touch, and ritual.
The Journey
Cansu will guide us through a sensuous and soulful journey where we explore the archetypes that live within us, the Lover, the Mother, the Daughter and the Sister... We will work with the body through movement, touch, and breath; connect through words and witnessing; and invoke deeper layers of ourselves through dance and simple ritual.
Together we will:
Create a sacred ritual container to facilitate transformation
Express creatively and listen from an embodied state
Learn about sacred self-love and how build up life-force energy
Move through archetypal energies via dance and ritual
Explore giving and receiving loving gentle touch
Connect to our pleasure, wildness, softness, and depth
Who is this for?
This workshop is for women and non-binary people who feel called to:
Deepen their connection to their body and inner wisdom
Explore physical and emotional intimacy with other women
Feel safe and seen in a space of sisterhood
Reclaim sensuality, power and play
Express, move, feel, and rest in their full spectrum of being
No previous experience is necessary. All practices are invitational, you are always welcome to rest, observe, or adapt.
What is Tantra?
Tantra is a spiritual system with roots in the Indian subcontinent, particularly in regions that include the Himalayas, such as Tibet, Nepal, and northern India. It embraces life fully, and recognizes the divine in all forms of existence. The tantric path provides us with many tools to free ourselves from the push-pull of desires and past wounds, to create deeply fulfilling intimate connections with others and ourselves.
About Cansu
She has a background in neuropsychology and has been immersing herself in mystical healing modalities and self-realization since 2020. As a facilitator, she weaves together her background in psychology and shamanic bodywork with a passion for tantra, bringing these teachings into urban spaces. She is looking forward to creating a space that fosters authenticity, intimacy, and growth.
