Midlife feels to me a little like the end of August:
The days are warm.
The harvest is gathering.
It is a season of taking stock, resting, and noticing change.
Some of us move through this season with our mothers beside.
Others are learning to navigate without them or becoming caregivers as roles begin to shift.
As older generations slowly leave this world, who are we becoming to replace them?
The season of caring for older, while still mothering children invites different strategies and powers.
This gathering is a reflection circle for women navigating this threshold.
We will share our experiences, read feminine and masculine myths, and explore stories of loss, transformation and recovery.
