Marianne Dahl joined Boston Consulting Group in October 2021. She leads the Digital Advantage practice for BCG in Copenhagen and co-leads commercial transformation and digital transformation programs in the Nordics.

Marianne has over 15 years of B2B sales and marketing experience in technology and telecommunications industries; and over five years of board experience in a variety of industries. She is an experienced public speaker, keynote speaker, and columnist on sustainability, diversity, and inclusion, digitization, and leadership.

Before joining the BCG, Marianne was Vice President for Microsoft Western Europe and CEO for Microsoft Denmark. She has held senior commercial leadership and board positions in telecommunications companies and government boards on digitization and energy transformation. She has extensive experience with digital and sustainable transformations across industries.
