LIFT99 Tallinn Hub • Telliskivi 60a/5, Estonia

All tickets have been sold out.

Next level negotiation : using advanced technique to out negotiate the other side
In the seminar we will touch on and balance three topics; Technical Negotiation Theory, Investigative Negotiation and Empathy-Centered Negotiation. We will also do at least one (maybe two) practical negotiation exercises to put our learnings to the test and extract insights.
We will introduce the day with a short version of my story of successes and setbacks, growth and self-discovery chronicling the grit and perseverance, and compassion + courage, negotiation that had to emerge for me both personally and professionally to be with you this week.
I hope we will discover something to help our paths and to dig deep and realise the strength we all have in negotiation, and in life.

In preparation, please arrive having thought about 4 things:

  1. What are your true strengths? What are the core strengths in your character that propel you forward in life?

  2. Think of a negotiation you have had recently (professional or personal) that was particularly good. Upon reflection, what is it that made it so successful? What do you wish you did differently? Did the outcome improve your life or business?

  3. Think of a negotiation you have had recently (professional or personal) that did not go well. What would you have done differently? Did the outcome hurt your life or business?

  4. Think about all the relationships connected to #2 and #3 on both sides. How are they now?
