#ABOUT TICKET TYPES:
Two main ticket types - Business and Non-profit & Startups.

Attendees from non-profit organisations, public sector, startups, and academia are given a 50% discount.

#ABOUT DISCOUNTS & SPECIAL TICKETS:
1. Certain types of tickets are only visible with a code, please enter the code you received by clicking "Have a code or gift card?"

2. To apply a discount, please enter the discount code by clicking "Have a code or gift card?" in the end of the page before clicking Proceed, then a discounted price will show.

3. Paid memberships of MyData Global are given 25% off for tickets of business and non-profit.

• from the member newsletter sent on Jan 30. (subject: MyData Members: community meeting on Feb 8th, News on MyData Awards 2023, and MyData 2023 conference)

• or find the code from MyData website.

4. Project partners (DSSC, DS4Skills), members of MyData local hubs and thematic groups are given 10% off discount, please reach out to the person of contact at MyData Global or your hub/group leader.

#CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

• If you cannot attend the event, you can request a name change and transfer your ticket to a friend by submitting the request to [email protected] before 20 May 2023.

• Cancellation made before 20 April 2023 will receive a full refund, only if the a cancellation notice is sent to [email protected] in time. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.

• Cancellation made after 20 April 2023 is not refundable.

• Once a refund/cancellation process began, it cannot be reversed.
