Welcome to the Muzika Organika – Cacao Dance, a boutique event, offering a unique and intimate experience in connection with the earth, next to a calming lake. Muzika Organika brings together some of the most talented organic artists and practitioners, including DJ Mose (GT), Alex Serra (SP), Mushina (PT), Bruna Bortolato (BRA), OZemljen (SLO), Kristjan Jurkas (SLO) and Anya Aliveness Kundalini (SLO), who will provide an unforgettable experience for all senses.

We will offer more delightful drinks, vegan and vegetarian food than previous years (no credit card payment possible, only cash).

More than music

The event is so much more than just music! We have curated an embodied conscious program so we can offer a wholesome and joyful experience for the whole family.

In addition to the musical and embodied spiritual program, there is also a variety of other activities to keep you connected and inspired. Enjoy face painting, experience the magic of a fiery show, and participate in one of the art workshops or try Qi Gong, a gentle form of exercise that will help you connect with your own energy and find inner peace.

Calming lake

The event will take place in the embrace of nature next to a calming lake, providing a perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. This wholesome family-friendly event is designed to open up hearts, minds and bodies, create connections, and encourage participants to enjoy the present moment. We take care of each other and create a heartfelt space, where we can connect with like-minded individuals and share in the joy and happiness of the festival. The ceremony preceding the dance is led by the beautiful Bruna Bortolato alongside Mose, invoking intention, gratitude, and prayer. MOSE ∞

Great music is that which carries the present minded listener to the doorstep of infinity.

BIOGRAPHY

Mose is based in Guatemala where cacao ceremonies and ecstatic dance have had a major influence on his productions and DJ style. It is here that he founded regular cacao dances where members of the community have the opportunity to journey deep into dance while held in a ceremonial container, free of alcohol.

Beyond the multicultural rhythms and the steady hypnotic beat, Mose weaves ephemeral chanting of sacred songs and calls to love, kindness and compassion, often bringing in live musicians to create something improvisational connected with that particular place and time. He creates with the intention to set a foundation for self discovery and the cultivation of a present minded state which offers new insights and deeper clarity in ones purpose.

“I play organic midtempo/downtempo steady beat music. For me, music is an opportunity to journey to deep spaces. Whenever I am producing or playing it is my intention to be taken, to let go into the depths. It is an ongoing practice in opening my channels as well as I can to let something more than myself flow through. The entrancing steady beat of the drum is something that has taken me to beautiful places within myself over and over again and my production process emulates this. I always remind myself that if I don’t “get high” from the music I am making, how could I ever expect anyone else to. For me, great music is that which opens these altered states of consciousness without taking any substance at all.”

Alex Serra

A place beyond our limited senses, where space and time cease to exist.

BIOGRAPHY

Alex Serra is a musician and explorer, from the Mediterranean city of Barcelona. His debut album ‘In the Real World’ (2019) springs from an inspiring four-year self-discovery journey starting in 2012 and taking him through Latin America and South Africa, where he connects with musicians from different musical roots that permeate his music with a unique and regenerating energy.

In 2014 Alex lands in Cape Town (South Africa) and meets musician Yannick Meyer with whom he forms a heartfelt brotherhood. Together they start an ‘African psychedelic Pop’ project called Native Young, joining with a marimba band form the townships of Gugulethu, Kayelitsha and Philippi. This cultural and musical human exploration changes his life, inspiring him to explore his own musical universe on his return home in 2016.

In his return to Barcelona, Alex connects with Totidub (Toti Arimany) an amazing Dub producer that becomes a key element in the design of the sonic landscape of this album. Together they create a collection of songs that touch on different generes – downtempo, soul, reggae, dub – and induce the listener into a state of inner listening. The lyrics point towards a ‘Real World’, a place beyond our limited senses, where space and time cease to exist as we believe them to be.

Mushina

Mushina’s eclectic sound vision blends deep electronic tunes with organic tribal rhythms, taking inspiration from the ancient wisdom and indigenous cultures.

Mushina is born from a fresh will to explore a new musical dimension, through a vessel artist who, for many years and since an early age, has been a presence in several electronic music events around the world.

In his process, he has explored many facets of the genre, acquiring experience in different types of musical expression.

From his first contact with the Ecstatic Dance movement, a connection with the music and its expression were born in a unique, never-before-experienced way. From this encounter, the artist decided this could be a place where he could collaborate and add value.

Deeply influenced by expansive music since early, he feels a newfound appreciation for this thought process with the Mushina project. Here, he finds a new voice more suited to his current place on his journey as an artist.

Bruna Bortolato

In the last years Bruna has dedicated her life to the Spirit of Cacao. Bruna together with Mose have been hosting cacao ceremonies all over the world and also in the sacred land of the Mayans-Guatemala. Her intention is to bring cacao to the world so everyone can experience, feel and integrate the ancient wisdom into their lives. Her mission is to contribute towards a more loving and compassionate world.

Bruna believes that Cacao is a portal, that integrating cacao as a precious ritual into our lives is a way of cultivating gratitude to our Planet Earth and also to fully experience love that arises within from a place where we can feel fully supported to live a life.

OZemljen is the fresh DJ reincarnation of Gregor Zemlič, a globally active music producer who in recent years has been primarily involved in organic dance music and “medicine music” projects that are used in various enthenogenic ceremonies.
For more than 10 years, he has worked exclusively with the most established artists of this sound, such as Desert Dwellers, Deya Dova, Mose, Liquid Bloom, Porangui, Temple Step Project and many others.

After a multi-year DJ hiatus, he returns to the stage with an eclectic DJ set of organic dance music, which he will remix live with his own rhythmic bases, and support it with percussive loops performed live.¸

Temazcal is an indigenous ritual sweat lodge, which originally comes from Central America. It is a very ancient healing tool that has survived many pandemics, wars and other imbalances of human existence over the millennia.

It carries the wisdom of the elemental world in its spirit and symbolically represents the womb of Mother Earth.

Through the ritual, we return to the primal birth of our being where we honour all the elements, all beings, essence visible and invisible.
