Move with more Ease, Clarity & Energy

Friday 26. June at 18:30 - Sunday 28. June at 17:00

TakSapce, Tallinn

a 3-day Alexander Technique workshop

Most of us don’t realise how much unnecessary effort we use in everyday life - in how we sit, stand, think, work, and respond.

Many of us do notice patterns of tension that quietly drain our energy and limit how easily and well we do our activities.

This workshop introduces a practical, learnable skill to explore - How to work with the thinking that creates our movement and change it.

Using the principles of the Alexander Technique, you will begin to:

  • Find ways to move with ease, and flexibility in body and thought

  • Interrupt automatic reactions (physical and mental)

  • Make different choices in how you move and respond

  • Support your system toward greater ease and coordination

This is not about “fixing posture.” It’s about learning how to use yourself differently, in a way that has long-term impact.

What you gain

Participants often leave with:

  • A practical experience of making different choices in how they move and respond

  • A clearer sense of how habitual patterns of tension are created, and how they can begin to change

  • Simple, applicable tools that can begin to be explored in everyday life almost immediately

They will also have the opportunity to bring an activity that matters to them into the workshop (e.g. playing an instrument, working with a fitness routine, or another everyday action) and explore new ways of directing themselves within it.

Rather than a fixed result, this work offers something ongoing: a way of approaching movement, attention, and activity that can continue to develop over time.

What to expect:

  • A structured learning process (not passive treatment)

  • Hands-on and verbal guidance

  • Exploration through everyday activities

  • A small group with individual attention

Who this is for?

  • You want a practical way to improve how you use yourself in you every day life and your activities, not just manage symptoms

  • You’re curious about how your thinking and it’s relationship to how you move affects how you feel and function

  • You value learning something you can apply long-term

  • You’re ready to work with attention and awareness

No prior experience needed.

Over time, many people notice more ease, greater clarity, and more available energy in how they move through their day.
