Motherhood in Seasons. Circle for mothers

Wednesday 18. March at 19:15 - 20:45

Studio Evi, Tartu

There is a moment in nature when winter slowly begins to soften.

The days grow lighter, the earth starts to wake, and the first signs of spring appear.

Just a few days before the Spring Equinox, I am inviting you to gather in a circle for mothers with the theme:

Motherhood in Seasons: Honoring Your Winter, Welcoming Spring.

Motherhood changes us in ways that are often invisible.

It moves in cycles — seasons of energy, growth, exhaustion, reflection, and renewal. This ongoing transformation is known as matrescence.

Sometimes motherhood feels like winter: quiet, heavy, inward, and demanding. And just like in nature, those seasons deserve to be acknowledged, not rushed through.

This circle is an invitation to pause and reflect on the season you are currently in — to honor what winter may have held for you, and gently notice what might be beginning to grow as spring approaches.

In this circle we will:

– begin with a grounding meditation

– reflect and journal

– share in a safe and supportive space

– close with a gentle gratitude practice

– enjoy a cup of nourishing tea together

No pressure to share.

No fixing.

No advice.

Just presence.

Just honesty.

Just being — as a mother and as yourself.

If you feel the need to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself within motherhood, you are warmly welcome.
