Mind Body Spirit Sheffield Fair 2023

The Mind Body Spirit Sheffield Fair is a full day of talks, stalls and workshops coming to the The Workstation on Saturday 30 September 2023.

Co-organisers Phoebe Seymour of Now Zen (tarot readings & reiki) and Patrick Heath of Elements Bodywork (massage therapies) wanted to organise an event full of Sheffield's finest therapists, healers and sellers, that truly encompasses all aspects of the mind, body and spirit industry.

The full-day fair will include an exhibitor's hall featuring 29 stalls, a quiet treatment area and a talks and workshop classroom over two floors.

The exhibitor's hall will offer everything from services such as psychic and tarot readings, to arts and wellbeing products for sale, such as crystals, oils, candles, herbal remedies, macrame, prints and more.

The treatment area is a chance to experience a massage, reflexology and reiki therapies in a relaxing environment.

The talks and workshop classroom will be a chance to hear from prominent voices in the Sheffield fitness and wellbeing sector, covering mental health and spirituality. Plus, a chance to learn and try out new practices including yin yoga and a sound bath.

Places for talks and workshops are limited, so book your place ahead of the day once the full line up is released. Alternatively, sign up on the day for no extra cost.
