Course objectives: the thorough knowledge of the basic and “hidden” shape features of the upper and lower anterior.

Course overview: We examine and analyze in detail the front teeth morphology and characteristics of the different types of teeth.

In the practical part, we modellating the labial surface of an oval, triangular, rectangular, and standard-shaped central incisor, lateral incisor, and canine from plasticine (clay), as well as the palatal surface of the three anterior teeth.

We discuss the key features of the lower anterior teeth and correct the mistakes on the lower 1,2,3 teeth which I was damagded by deliberately. We will talk about the features of a harmonious smile and smile design.

Another practical task is possible, where we correct the defects of the upper 1,2,3 teeth on an oval-type anterior tooth pattern, and then convert them into triangular and rectangular-type anterior teeth by carving.

The course has two more drawing practices, which should help to improve conscious analysis and accurate observation.
