What shapes you, shapes your practice.
Have you ever noticed how differently you show up depending on the context - the client, the organisation, the moment? How your own resistance or resilience quietly influences what happens in the room?
This group supervision series creates space to look at exactly that.
Over five sessions, we explore how context shapes the dynamics of your practice - not just your clients' context, but yours. Your professional history, your reactions, the systemic pressures you carry. Each session combines live reflective supervision with a short theoretical input, so you leave with both personal insight and new conceptual tools.
What each session includes:
Reflective supervision on real cases from participants' practice
A short theoretical and research-based input connected to the session theme
Peer and group dialogue guided by relational and contextual awareness
Space to examine your own resistance and resilience without judgement
This group is for you if:
You are a practising coach or supervisor with some experience behind you
You want to deepen your professional identity, not just your technique
You are ready to bring real, sometimes uncomfortable, questions from your work
You value a collaborative and systemic approach to professional development

Why group supervision?
Supervision in a group setting offers something individual supervision cannot - the wisdom, challenge, and recognition of peers who understand the complexity of the work from the inside. When one person brings a case, everyone in the room grows.
