What is a Cuddle Party?
A Cuddle Party is a structured social event for adults where you can meet new people, enjoy real conversations, practice asking for what you want, practice saying no to what you don't want — and yes, cuddle.
At its heart it is about nonsexual touch and human connection. Touch is a basic need. When fulfilled in the amount you truly want, it leaves you more relaxed, emotionally nourished, physically grounded, and resourceful. Most of us don't get nearly enough of it.
What happens at a Cuddle Party?
The event opens with a Welcome Circle — an introduction to the rules, a conversation about consent and boundaries, and a chance to meet the other participants before anything else happens.
From there you choose your own experience. You can:
Meet new people and have real conversations
Give and receive hugs and nurturing touch
Practice asking clearly for what you want
Practice saying no comfortably and without guilt
Simply relax and be held
There is no pressure, no expectation, and no sexual activity. You set your own pace and boundaries at all times.
Light refreshments — juices, fruit, and snacks — are provided. No alcohol or intoxicants. The only substance here is oxytocin.
Your host
Natalja Sorokina (Thalia Hel) is a sex and kink coach, consent educator, safe space facilitator, pro Domme. She hosts and facilitates Cuddle Parties since 2021, and is available throughout the event for any questions, support, or guidance.
