Traditional Norwegian "lutefisk" dinner

It's the most wonderful time of the year - it's time to have lutefisk again! 🐟 NECC is delighted to invite you to a memorable evening celebrating Norwegian culture and cuisine on the 14th of November at 7:00 pm at Radisson Blu Olümpia Hotel.

Enjoy the authentic flavours of Norway with a carefully crafted menu featuring lutefisk; the delicate taste of this dried and rehydrated fish is served with a delicious white sauce, bacon, and all the traditional accompaniments. Also, no Norwegian celebration is complete without a toast of Aquavit. Raise your glass with fellow guests and share in a traditional Nordic toast, wishing each other "Skål!" as you enjoy this Scandinavian spirit.

The event takes place at Radisson Olümpia Hotel, II. floor. Go through the restaurant to the Banquet Hall (left).
