Traditional Norwegian "lutefisk" dinner

It's the most wonderful time of the year - it's time to have lutefisk again! NECC is delighted to invite you to a memorable evening celebrating Norwegian culture and cuisine. Enjoy the authentic flavors of Norway with a carefully crafted menu featuring lutefisk; the delicate taste of this dried and rehydrated fish is served with a delicious white sauce, bacon, and all the traditional accompaniments. For those curious about the culinary process, a brief demonstration of how lutefisk is prepared will be provided, allowing you to appreciate the intricacies of this unique dish.

Also, no Norwegian celebration is complete without a toast of Aquavit. Raise your glass with fellow guests and share in a traditional Nordic toast, wishing each other "Skål!" as you enjoy this Scandinavian spirit.
