Prosecco dinner by the sea. Four wines, three courses.

Sardiinia Resto & Lounge, Tallinn

On 27 August we set a table by Pirita harbour where nothing is left for you to decide.

Three courses, four glasses and one guest. We start at 18:30, as the sun drops towards the harbour.

🍷 Who is coming

Magnus Saccone runs export at the Andreola winery and travels here from Valdobbiadene. He has walked the slopes where the gradient reaches seventy percent and no machine can go.

That evening he talks through each glass and how it is made. Not as a lecture, but the way people talk over dinner.

🍽 What comes to the table

To welcome you
Andreola "Akelum", Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry

Amuse-bouche from the kitchen
House focaccia

First course — tuna carpaccio
Andreola "Aldaina al Mas", Rive di Guia, Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Extra Brut

Sorbet between courses

Second course — Pähkla trout
Andreola "Col del Forno", Rive di Refrontolo, Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Brut

Dessert — pavlova
Andreola "Mas de Fer", Rive di Soligo, Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Extra Dry

Petit four with coffee

Four wines, each from a single slope. Our head chef Kristina built the courses around them, not the other way round.

⛰ What Rive means

Forty-three slopes in the hills of Valdobbiadene may carry their own name on the bottle. They are called rive. The grapes are picked by hand, from one named slope. Looking after a single hectare takes up to a thousand working hours a year. The hills have been on the UNESCO World Heritage list since 2019.

This is not the prosecco you find on a shop shelf.

🕕 The evening

  • 18:30 doors open, a glass to welcome you

  • 19:00 first course and an introduction from Magnus

  • 19:45 second course and the story of the Rive slopes

👤 Who it is for
