By purchasing a ticket for a BPong Luxembourg event, I confirm that I have read and agree to the following terms:
Minimum Age: Ticket holders must be at least 16 years old to attend the event.
Data Protection: I understand that my personal data (such as name, email address, and payment details) will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of ticketing, communication related to the event, and for safety and organisational reasons. My data will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for event operations (e.g. ticketing platforms, payment processors). My data will be stored securely and only for as long as necessary. I may request access to, rectification, or deletion of my data at any time by contacting the organisers at [email protected].
Photos & Videos: I understand that photos and videos will be taken during the event for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, I consent to the possible use of my image in marketing materials, social media, and future event promotions. If I do not wish to appear in such media, I may notify the organisers in advance or speak to a staff member during the event.
Liability: The organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage or harm caused by participants during the event. Attendees are personally liable for their actions.
Behaviour & Safety: The organiser reserves the right to exclude individuals who are under the influence of drugs or other toxic substances. We promote a safe and respectful environment for all guests.
Drunk Driving: Drunk driving is strictly condemned. We strongly encourage all guests to plan safe transport options in advance.
Vouchers: Food and drink vouchers are only valid for the specific edition of Luxembourg Series of BPong for which they were purchased. Unused vouchers can be refunded at the event, but will not be valid for future editions or refundable after the event has ended.
