Today we take the time to look inside ourselves and listen to our own voice -
through movement, breathing, and sounds.
Voice yoga, free movement, and tuned meditations open the door to deeper self-expression, balance, and inner power.
Experienced voice yoga instructor Kai Hibus will share his knowledge and practical experiences and keep the space open throughout the day.
