We invite you to find the pleasure in exploring our sense of permission when we know that seggs is not part of the menu. Yal has walked alongside hundreds of people on this journey, drawing on years of training with respected teachers in the field, including Betty Martin (Wheel of Consent) and Barbara Carellas (Urban Tantra).
